Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site. Your continued use of this site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of this site.

Product availability and pricing

All of our prices are in UK pounds (£).

If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on back order, please call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.

Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Use your Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit card.
Direct Bank Payment
We do not sell or accept gift certificates on www.rubyscollection.co.uk  


Free Insured Delivery
We fully insure each delivery. That means that your order is always risk-free. For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of your Ruby’s Collection orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. There is no charge for local and deliveries within UK. Courier Post is our preferred carrier, should an alternative delivery method be requested this will be at the cost of the purchaser. International deliveries will be shipped via FedEx at the purchases expense.

Alternate Delivery address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Return and Exchange Policy
Ruby’s Collection offers customer’s 20-days from the date of their order to return their order for a credit for the full value of the item purchased. The credit is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on the ruby’s Collection website. If you wish to return your purchase, simply call a jewellery consultant on 07525 756879 who will provide instructions for the return and exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All of the original packaging must be returned otherwise you may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material.
